Hello! it has been a while for me to login to blog! Life, was so so busy and time flies!

The only family trip that i had in 2015 was the one to Pulau Redang with my sis's bf tagged along too! Le parent love short gateaway to island! We love to see the nature so much!

We booked the air ticket from KL- Terengganu a year ago without doing any research about the Redang package. I was quite regret after that. This is because i found that that all the free ferry going into the island only scheduled on 9am and 12 noon for all the resorts.

Since that we will be flying from KCH - KL then further transit to Terengganu, this is really kinda troublesome for us. It is either you choose to stay overnight in KL or stay overnight at Terengganu or by luck see if you managed to arrange your time perfectly to catch the free ferry!

We flew over from KCH - KL taking the earliest 7am flight.
Then we took the 10am flight to Terengganu so that means we will only be reaching around 12.30 noon. Ughhh how to catch to free ferry?

Taxi fare Airport to Syahbandar Jetty was RM30. Less than 30 mins

Taxi fare Syahbandar Jetty to Chinatown was RM10. Less than 10 mins
Taxi fare from Chinatown to Airport was RM30, stopped by Kak Yak Keropok at Losong. Less than 30 mins.

Total spend on taxi RM140.

Somehow we put a remark to our resort booking form and that day, surprisingly there is free ferry waiting for us around 1pm at the jetty!!! We were so grateful for catching the free ferry and reach the hotel at 2pm.

Public ferry would cost RM55/pax! How can not feeling grateful?!

In the package, we will be giving 2 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinner. We checked in and still get complimentary lunch by ordering alacarte menu.

Redang package was RM772/pax, included RM50 weekend surcharge, snorkelling set RM15/ set and GST 6%!

If you plan ahead of time, you may get the matta fair package at the price of RM458 per pax! We missed that! Another lesson that we learnt!

We ordered ice kacang! haha the weather was too hot!

The more more tea house! I just found out that they shifted the house to aside! If you watch the movie (which will be playing whole day inside the laguna redang resort), the more more tea house is actually located in the middle of the island and surrounding was so empty. Not as much resort as now!

At night, we get to eat BBQ for the first night! Free flow unlimited! Eat all you can!

We waited until midnight and went out to look for Blue tears (a type of organism). We managed to found some but not like those you can see in google.
