Sorry! March, was nothing special happened. So, april's post is here!

This is the picture to show where i used to work inside the client's pantry for a month!

And i saw this interesting picture saying about how to survive a year at work!

I always try to find ways to make my life more interesting. Back in hometown, my life is only about working, shopping or window shopping, and also study. My life is kinda boring, isnt it?

I always tell myself that being single, is just for me to prepare myself to meet a better person. So, i should do more self enrichment stuff or perhaps learn some cooking or baking.

Youngest sister is quite good in baking. So we two decided to make some healthy muffin during one of the weekend!

Oat and raisin muffin!

The eggs mixture is the first thing we prepared.

Then mix the egg mixture with flour and the oats and raisins

Then pour into the cups and put into the oven.

This is the outcome! It is really yummy and healthy!

The baking mood is so hot. Therefore we went to unaco and get some ingredient for the egg muffin that i suggested to experiment on.

Cheese and ham slices are needed.

First of all, chop the tomatoes, carrot, button mushroom and ham slices.

Try to arrange the ingredient in the cup and try not to let the egg mixtures goes beyond the ham slices.

Put on some cheese and the pasta sauce.

Pour in the egg and send into oven for baking.

I like this one very much! Its like egg tart without the egg tart base.

Then the next day, mumsy baked a few pizzas for our breakfast!

This is like super easy thing to do. 

She just buy the ready made pizza bread. Then prepare the ingredient to put as topping.

Put the thing on it and send into oven.

She also try it on the normal white bread. It tastes almost the same!

Its fun to do baking. It just that we all lazy to make a move during the weekend.

Besides, it is quite high cost too!

Thats why, we didn't bake anymore ever since April until now. 

I think we should spend some time on it again.
