Okay i should blog! Life has been really busy and i got not enough resting time. I appreciate every moment that i can have with my friends and family. Reading blogs and writing blog post will be one of the way for me to relax my mind. At least, it drifts me aways from annoying figures.
Here continues the blog post on PG Trip - Bukit Bendera.
I've been to PG for more than two times but this is the first time i been to Bukit Bendera. This is because the last trips, Bukit Bendera were closed down for maintanence. We are lucky enough to pay a visit this round! Totally worth the visit!
I was kinda scared when i saw the train railway from far! That quite long route and may be i just does not have faith with Malaysia's technology. I will start imagine what if the train break down halfway of the hill? >,< well, stop thinking negatively and just go ahead.
So, we showed our Malaysian IC and bought our ticket at half price that they charged to foreigners, which is RM8/10. I cant recall >,< #poor memory.
Eh wait, i found this one! I snapped this down cause i'm sure i won't blog about this anytime soon after the trip. :P
This is taken at the waiting area. The train looks better than i expected! Must be because they already did some maintenance and changed the new train! :D
Shots taken halfway of the hill, inside the train.
Finally we reached on top.
The weather is fine that day. I took a Panaroma shots of the view.
You can even see the Penang Bridge on top of the hill. That's what makes me think it is worth going up to the hill.
Heres a picture of me that proves that i've been there. LOL
Walked by a stall and they have this handcraft arts using the fern's juice.
Irene gives it a try and i think it looks pretty good on her.
It will look sucks on me if i give it a try. I just can't imagine the look that i have that drawing on me.
Later, we booked a small cab with one way RM30 to fetch us around the hill.
The whole route will show us all the unique banglo located on top of the hill. All the banglos belongs to those millionaire of the country like some Dato and also Magnum's owner!
That man said, all those banglo are under protecting act and those house owner doesn't have the right to change the outlook of the banglo. But, it looks pretty creepy to stay up at the hill. Will you stay there? I heard they use helicopter to send them ups and down from Penang town to the Penang hill. Oh well, that's what rich people do.
House belongs to Magnum's boss!
Here's a photo of the love bird.
and the forever alone one.
Spotted this sign and i was wondering, why pearl? Then later dad tells me the other name of PG is Pearl of Orient! okay... so i'm really lacking of general knowledge! >,<
This is the Victoria Postbox which has over hundred years of history! You can post your letter here but i guarantee the receiver will not receive it la! :D
This on the way back, met sister's friend is also here for their graduation trip!
Then, is food hunting session again! wah keep eating non-stop. But PG is all about food. All you do is EAT!
PG Cha Kueh
PG Oyster Omeletter. I personally like this kind of fried oyster omelette more than the Kuching one which is like fried keropok with very few oysters in the middle. Sorry, i don't fancy keropok. That's not my kind of thing.
The famous food street which has a lot of food stalls along the street, just like our sunday market.
Famous PG Char Kueh Tiaw
Chee Cheong Fun! :D
PG Har Mee. (I Don't like prawn mee one >,<)
