Lost days, pictures fade.

Grad Trip 2012. Langkawi at 00:00

Continue from previous post, we went to airport after our breakfast and a short drop by at Gurney mall.

The flight from PG to Langkawi as short as 30 mins! I'm very very excited because all i know about Langkawi can be describe in two words - Duty FREE!! :D

I start to plan i want to buy alcohol, chocolates and also perfume maybe?

I love to snap pictures out from the window. I love to see how beautiful is the nature from the sky ;)

Thank you AA for the cheap fare tickets! We bought PG- Langkawi at RM34 one way! :D

We checked out the taxi fare. It is consider very cheap and reasonable. They charged by number of heads. It is as cheap as RM24 which means per head is about RM6-8?

Here is the hotel that Irene's friend booked for us. Oh yea, we are joining Irene's friend for Langkawi Trip as they also here for their graduation trip. They are in the same university with us but they are from Cyberjaya campus. No harm to make new friends ya?

Checked in the hotel. Rated 4/5. Cleanliness check ok! :D

Three of us gonna squeeze into this bed for a night. It's ok la just one night only! The room rate is somewhere RM138.

Later, three of us meet up Irene's friend and we took the car that they already rented and went to take sky cable car!

Here we go!

Now, this is even scarier than the Bukit Bendera one! At least the Bukit Bendera is using landed train but this one is sky cable car! >,< #Timid me.

But look at the beautiful view, everything are worth the try!

Checked out this figure! I am now at 652.5 meter above sea level!!!!!

Then from here, there is another cable car to the opposite hill! We are lucky again to try this out as they did not close down for maintenance! :D #luckywholewaythroughthetrip

Spotted this duck tour's bus which i think Melaka also has something like this. Anyway we didn't take this.

At last, here are some Icecream to chill out. ^*

[Night time]

We meet up with Irene's friend and go for dinner togather! Before that, we went to the retail shops opposite our hotel to buy those duty free goods! We are afraid that those shop will closed earlier and we end up bought nothing! We are leaving the next day morning flight!

We went to have some seafood as dinner!

This huge plate of gold mantis prawn which cost us a bomb!

Seafood taufu so so!

Look at our bill!!! That plate of mantis prawn (1.8kg) cost us RM324, which means RM180/kg!!! This buy us a lesson! Blame us did not check out the price per kg and we also did not ask them to tell us the weight before they cook! So, no way to track whether they cheated on us or what. Just pay and heartache :(

By the way, these are the alcohol that we bought from the retail shop.

I bought this pom pom to try out, only below RM4?! so cheap, can? There are many other colours but i can't try out so many in one night. So, cannot be greedy just pick one!

Check out the chocolates that i bought? :D There is a part of it from Irene and Jye Wann but 2/3 belongs to me! Later, we moved to Irene's friend's room to drink and play games.

We brought our own beer but they are going to make us drink Chivas, 500ml in one night to gao dim!

Finally i get this one at RM 3.90/ bottle! Normal price in Kuching is about RM18/20.

We played the game until 2am i think. All of us a bit dizzy and i actually a bit afraid that we will miss the flight LOL.

Then, early in the morning i got the message from AA that we have been rescheduled! :D more time to walk around Langkawi.

We had our breakfast and dropby to Dataran Lang for sight seeing.

When is the next time to travel togather again? I want a gateaway from work!
